REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled class.
If a class does not meet the minimum number of registrations, a full refund will be issued.
All refund requests must be in writing, no more than 48 hours before the first class of each session.

MAKE-UP CLASSES & CANCELLATIONS:

If your program is held outside, we will make accommodations to hold class inside to avoid cancellation. Unless an act of God, missed classes will not receive a make-up credit.

DISMISSAL POLICY:

If your child is to be picked up by someone other than yourself, please provide a note to the coach. Children will not be released to anyone unknown to the Tennis is Elementary Coaches. No child will be left unattended after class. Your prompt pickup is appreciate as our pros are typically travelling to another location.
